Before we get started, we'd
like to communicate some stuff that is pretty important to us and to
our customers.
Our Shipping Rates
We like to keep things simple and we don't like high shipping
costs. So we offer $1 ground
shipping on all CONUS orders of six or more bottles.
If
you spend $250 or more on wine you can enter the top secret coupon code "LP10" - and
you'll receive a ten percent discount on your order. If you
forget, I might remember to
adjust your invoice and give you the discount anyhow. Orders of
one to five bottles pay shipping of $25, Expedited shipping is
available. and our customers in Hawaii and Alaska will need to pay a
bit
more.

Tennessee, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West
Virginia, Wyoming. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii but ground
shipping is not available.

IMPORTANT: If you place
an order to a state where we cannot ship, your order will be canceled
and you will not be charged.
We charge your credit card when we process your order. Orders
generally ship within 48 hours (sometimes less) of first business day
after order is received, however sometimes we wait until Monday to ship
so the wine doesn't get stuck someplace over a weekend. During
periods of extreme weather (hot or cold) we may suggest that an order
be held until temperatures moderate before shipping via ground.
(People in Arizona sometimes wait weeks - or even months - to get their
wine.) We'll
send you an email w/ship info and tracking numbers. Wines may be sold and delivered only to
persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your
order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that
the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years
old. When your wines are delivered, the person receiving delivery
will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at
least 21 years old.
