We're a very small operation. We'd rather be in the vineyard
than
doing almost anything else. And we're better at driving a tractor
than building a website or knocking on doors. Still, we do our
best to get our wine in the hands of people who will apreciate
it. And we've recently reduced prices on the 2007 vintage to make
room for the 2008 vintage which we're currently offering on the website
and we'll release to the public in early 2010.
At present, we're happy to offer four ways for you to get our wines.
Direct w/shipping via FedEx or UPS
We don't have a digital shopping cart built yet (we're working on
it), but we do have an analog form that you can use to order wine if
you live in one of the many enlightened states (see below) that allows
us to ship wine to its residents. Just complete the form, then
fax, mail or call us and we'll take care of the rest. The person
ordering the wine must be at least 21 years old, and there must be
someone who is 21 or older available to sign for the wine when it
arrives.
States we currently DO ship to: Alaska, Arizona,
California,
Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii,
Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi,
Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North
Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont,
Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming (Note:
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii some shipping charges do apply).
States we currently DO NOT ship to: Alabama, Arkansas,
Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode
Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah.
Face-to-Face
From time to time we will pour at events where you can sample
our wines and purchase them directly from the grower. Quaint,
isn't it? Please visit our News
and Events page to find out where we'll be pouring
next.
If you would like to be added to our Longplay
Wine
Groove
Club email list, which can potentially
provide you with notification and free entry to events and tastings as
well as
opportunities to buy wines at a discount and before they are released
to the general public, please send us an email. We won't share your
address and we promise not to contact you unless we really have
something to say.
Retail Outlets
We believe "community" is important. So we like working with
friendly establishments that stock limited production,
hard-to-find
wines, and add value to the consumer experience. Send us an email
if you want to tell us about a
favorite store or
restaurant near you that you think should carry our
wines.
Online: VinoShipper.com
Happily for us (and for people
living in 17 states and counting) we
have discovered Vinoshipper.
Vinoshipper
somehow
magically
takes
care
of
all
the details and paperwork for us at no additional
cost to you. [They do all this for a reasonable fee, which we
gladly pay since it frees more time to improve what actually goes into
the bottle. We don't know how they do it, but we hear it has
something to with an army of gnomes who love completing
paperwork.] Vinoshipper's nifty system ensures
reasonable shipping
costs. Nobody needs
to worry about committing a felony (they verify your age). And
it is
pretty simple to use from the customer's perspective. Try
it!
